4.- How do I learn how to use Actiu planner?

With a quick 5 minute look at the 'demonstrations and examples' section, you will already be prepared for your first project. To make a complete project with lighting control, decoration details etc, you simply need to take a quick look at the user manual and have it to hand during your first projects. Actiu planner follows all standard Windows and all major design programs such as AutoCAD and 3D Studio and therefore the application is very intuitive and simple.

6.- What formats does Actiu planner 6 accept?

Actiu planner accepts standard application formats of Cad such as DWG, 3DS, DXF, SAT,SKP, OFML, OEX, DAE or RIB.

7.- If I import a DWG file, will I be able to open it and work it?

In the new version, you do not need to import DWG, you open it directly, since its native form is DWG, it is fully compatible.

8.- If DWG is in 3D, will I see it?

Yes, you can apply materials, furniture, carry out renderings but may not be able to modify the walls.

9.- Can I create special furniture?

Yes, you can amend the following tools: scaling, objects, extrusion, regions and sets. These tools are very useful for creating and modifying existing furniture.

10.- Can I insert objects that are not in Actiu planner?

Yes, you can access a large database of objects by:

• * Insert - pCon.catalog: Link to different Industry manufacturers which offer all their users products in 3D.
• * Insert - 3D Gallery: Link to a 3D Gallery (Sketchup), in which doing a search for the object you need, you will find everything related and you will be able to insert it directly into the project.
• * Insert - Object: This tool allows you to import to Actiu planner 6 the following types of format: DWG, 3DS, DXF, SAT,SKP, OFML, OEX, DAE or RIB.

11.- Can I make quality rendering in my projects?

Yes, Actiu planner 6 has a new rendering engine, which has different options for the implementation of realistic images and allows you to make your own configurations with respect to rendering parameters, ambient light colours, intensity of ambient light, background colour, etc.

12.- Can I make animations (Interactive Tours)?

Yes, Actiu planner 6 a simple to use tool with which through various settings, you can make animations for the project that you are developing.
