Plano a Plano has commissioned the Denys & Von Arend studio to design its new offices in the Madrid town of San Sebastián de los Reyes. A single-storey premises, originally very deteriorated and somewhat compartmentalised, which the audiovisual production company wants to reinvent with a new image, more modern and in line with the corporate culture, which will absorb its growth and make the workers feel part of the company.
A spacious and comfortable place, which favours communication between your teams, provides special spaces for creativity, enhances flexibility to form specific teams and allows disconnection to concentrate, think and create.
Solution
With the idea of the Backstage as a common thread and a design that reflects the production company's work philosophy, the new offices are designed to be dynamic, ephemeral and changing with each project. 100 workstations, most of them fixed, although some can be used for occasional work and work groups, where the worker feels at home and which favour the creation of fascinating stories.
To achieve a good distribution, where the closed spaces and the existing central core are not an impediment to the connection between people and the different uses, a longitudinal cut is created between the areas christened 'ON' and 'OFF', through a chromatic differentiation that allows dividing without fragmenting. A white and neutral interior design, which allows the imagination to flow in the first and reserved for creative people; and darker tones for the post-production area located in the second.
Chosen for their design, versatility and timelessness, several Actiu programmes, such as the Urban Plus 30 chairs or the Trama table, equip the multi-purpose work area. The Stay chairs and Vital Plus tables are chosen for the operative workstations and meeting rooms, and in the management area, the Vital Plus Spine adds a distinctive touch.

What types of personal data does ACTIU collect?
ACTIU collects the data strictly necessary to manage the relationships established with its clients, contacts, suppliers and collaborators.
