A new look for Nextlane

Offices

Target

Coinciding with its change of name, with which the company specialising in software solutions for the automotive industry is committed to remaining at the forefront of innovation, Nextlane (formerly Imaweb) is unveiling a new image for its offices. A space that reflects the philosophy of a young company, with a lot of teleworking and great flexibility, which combines aesthetics and functionality, and does not skimp on quality furniture.

After five years working in a privileged location in Madrid, next to the Cuatro Torres business park Business Area (CTBA), Imaweb decided to give a new image to its offices, in line with its new name, Nextlane. A project that the company commissioned the expert architect in the sector, Liliana Baztan Cerruti, and in which Actiu participated with furniture in line with the brand's philosophy.

Open spaces, with the exception of the offices reserved for senior management and the founding CEOs, which promote collaboration and, at the same time, guarantee the necessary conditions for concentration and solitary work.

The offices, which have grown from one floor to two with the merger, were to reflect the approach of a young company with a horizontal hierarchical organisation.

Solution

In line with the young and dynamic character of the company, the operating stations occupy an open-plan space, distributed in several areas and ensuring the acoustic comfort of the workers. The first, with Vital Plus desks with sound-absorbent partitions and Trim chairs; and the second with a higher degree of privacy, thanks to the Link modular system and 360° rotating panels that separate spaces and provide better acoustics.

Qyos booths of different sizes, for calls and meetings, allow workers to enjoy different levels of privacy within the same space. Both the Qyos 100, reserved for individual work and concentration, and the Qyos 200, for small meetings and with a capacity for two people, guarantee acoustic isolation and well-being for the whole team . A perfect solution for large spaces, allowing the space to be used without making structural modifications, making the most of all the space and maximising the benefits for the people who occupy it.

Mobility also plays a fundamental role, with height-adjustable Mobility tables with an electric lifting system, which encourage a change of posture and a healthier working style in the offices, and Caddy mobile supports as support elements.

Natural elements, such as the large vertical garden or the planters at the tops of the desks, enhance the connection with nature in a space that is perfect for presenting the new company and welcoming partners and suppliers.
