The well-known French manufacturer of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and racing cars, Renault, wanted to remodel its offices in Valladolid to solve aspects such as compartmentalisation, acoustics, natural lighting and internal communication between work teams. Eliminate traditional partitions to allow employees to work in an open environment and generate the feeling of community, collaboration and inclusion that defines the brand.
In keeping with the company's philosophy of open, communicative spaces, the new layout combines fixed workstations with hot-desking workstations that can be moved and repositioned as required.
Solution
Through a process of teamwork, listening to the needs of its client, Actiu and its partner Spacio have contributed to turning the office space into a place open to collaboration and increased productivity. From the selection of products or the combination of colours and textures, to the ambience or the coordination of work, everything has been conceived to enhance the concentration, productivity and well-being of the workers.
Employees can work at traditional fixed operational workstations, equipped with Vital PRO desks and ergonomic Stay chairs, or in flexible and more dynamic work areas. Hot-desking areas spread throughout the space, where tables of different heights - low Vital PRO, high Prisma, or height-adjustable Mobility - offer different alternatives. A versatility to which other programmes contribute, such as the elegant and light Noom 5 skate stools, the Spacio chairs and stools, the Caddy 500 mobile panels and the Grada from the Agile collection, or the modular cupboards.
Designed to disconnect mentally and physically from work, the new offices not only help to promote postural change, but also offer employees areas where they can rest their minds, relax their eyes from the glare of monitors and channel more creative thinking.

What types of personal data does ACTIU collect?
ACTIU collects the data strictly necessary to manage the relationships established with its clients, contacts, suppliers and collaborators.
